General News | 28 September 2015 Mourinho rates Chelsea 1 out of 10 as team continue struggle vs Newcastle By AK Chelsea's struggles continued this weekend, finding themselves in a two-goal hole before clawing back for a draw against lowly Newcastle. Ayoze Perez put Newcastle ahead before the break, and Georginio Wijnaldum made it 2-0 on the hour mark. Chelsea were getting throughly outplayed by Steve McClaren's side, who entered the match as one of the coldest teams in all of English football. Down two goals, Jose Mourinho put on Ramires and Willian , as both substitutes tallied late to salvage a draw for Chelsea. After the match, Mourinho rated his team's performance to start the match a “minus-one out of ten,” and wasn't sure how a team could play so poorly and then turn things around so quickly. I think in the first half from zero to 10: minus-one. That bad. In every aspect of the game, we were bad. There were too many poor individual performances. As a consequence of that, it's impossible for a team to be a good competitive team. After 2-0, I moved the team and they responded very well to get a point which is not what you want – but it's not bad. I have to try to understand why one team can play so badly in the first half and so well in another one. Last season when Chelsea won the Premier League title, they lost three matches and conceded a league-low 32 goals. Through seven matches this season, Chelsea has lost three matches and conceded 14 goals. While the Blues did play better in the second half and showed resilience to fight back for the draw, they were still down two goals to a Newcastle side that had looked lifeless in the opening stages of the season. Mourinho has little time to figure things out, as Chelsea travels to Portugal for a midweek Champions League clash with Porto The post Mourinho rates Chelsea 1 out of 10 as team continue struggle vs Newcastle appeared first on THE RAINBOW NEWS ONLINE .

HOW TO STOP SNORING

Health Tips: How To Stop Snoring

snoring
I am not sure if snoring  has caused anyone to divorce their partner or if it poses any serious threat to relationships but I know how incredibly hard it is to sleep in the same room with someone who snores.
As much as they get teased, people who snore are aware (and sometimes embarrassed) of how big this issue is.
And if they could, they would find a quick or at least, simple solution to this problem.
These steps can help you.
Stop Alcohol Intake
Alcohol reduces the resting tone of the muscles in the back of your neck so usually, when you take alcohol at least four hours before you sleep, there are very high chances you would snore.
What is interesting to note here is that people who do not snore normally, might actually snore if they go to bed right after heavy drinking.
So keep the alcohol away.
Weight loss
This is not to say slim people do not snore too but if you never snored before you added weight but now snore, then you might want to consider losing a few pounds.
Change sleeping position
When you sleep on your back, there might be higher chances that you will snore when you sleep. Sleeping on your side might help prevent this.
Watch the pillows
Try and remember, when was the last time you cleaned your pillows and your ceiling and anywhere around your sleeping area where dust can accumulate.
Dust mites accumulate in pillows and can cause allergic reactions that can inadvertently lead to snoring.
Stay hydrated, shower before bed
Drink plenty of water. The secretions in your nose and soft palate become stickier if you are not well hydrated.
Also, shower before bed to keep you fresh and do not forget to sleep on your side and most importantly, get enough sleep

Buhari felicitates with Nigerian Muslim faithfuls on the occasion of Eid-el-Kabir

Press statement from the Presidency
President Muhammadu Buhari felicitates with all Nigerians of the Islamic faith as they celebrate this year's Eid-el-Kabir. President Buhari also congratulates all Nigerian Muslims who are currently in the Saudi Arabia to participate in the rites of the Hajj.
As they join the global Islamic community in celebrating Eid-El-Kabir, President Buhari urges Muslims and other Nigerians to rededicate themselves to a greater acceptance and internalisation of its lessons of piety, faithfulness, dedication, fortitude, obedience, sacrifice and selfless service which are for the benefit of all mankind.
The President calls for more patience, fortitude, tolerance, endurance, patriotism and a greater willingness to make personal sacrifices for the good of all as his administration strives to lead the nation towards rapidly overcoming its current security, economic and developmental challenges.
President Buhari assures all Nigerians that their safety, well-being and progress remain uppermost in his thoughts and actions, and that he will continue to work with all his might to deliver the positive changes in national life which they expect after his election and inauguration as Head of the Government of the Federation.

The President seizes this opportunity to extend heartfelt commiserations to families in Maiduguri and North-Eastern Nigeria who have sadly lost beloved relatives in recent terrorist attacks.

President Buhari's thoughts and prayers for Divine solace are with all those who have been callously plunged into mourning by mindless terrorists, when others are celebrating this year's Eid-El-Kabir.
The President has directed the Armed Forces and national security agencies to provide maximum security across the nation during Eid-El-Kabir prayers and celebrations, especially in areas most vulnerable to terrorist attacks.

President Buhari assures all Nigerians that the days of Boko Haram are numbered.
Boko Haram's reign of terror in parts of the country will be finally over very soon as the ongoing military onslaught against the terrorist sect will continue relentlessly until total victory is achieved.
