1.      Catering Marketing Manager – PX001

Location: Gwarimpa Abuja

a.       Responsibilities:

                                      i.      Catering marketing of corporate events i.e conferences, seminars, weddings and birthdays.

                                    ii.      Lead and manage a team.

                                  iii.      Develop and execute marketing strategies

b.      Qualification;

                                      i.      Must possess a minimum of BSC or HND in any discipline, excellent communication skills, ability to work under pressure, ability to work with figures and manage a budget and must have passion for food.

2.      Restaurant Manager- PX002

Location: Gwarimpa Abuja

a.       Responsibilities:

                                      i.      Supervise the production of quality and hygienic food

                                    ii.      Ensure health and Safety

                                  iii.      Lead and manage the production team and the Restaurant staff

                                  iv.      Develop and implement restaurant menu

                                    v.      Ensure total compliance to Restaurant standards and procedures

                                  vi.      Manage Budget and achieve sales revenue targets

b.      Qualification;

                                      i.      Must possess the following:  a minimum of BSC or HND in any discipline, excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure, experience in restaurant management.

3.      PR Manager – PX-003

Location: Abuja

a.       Responsibilities:

                                      i.      Nurture strong industry network

                                    ii.      Responsible for creating brand awareness  excellent corporate image

                                  iii.      Develop and execute communication and media relations programs

                                  iv.      Develop a network of contacts within and outside the industry for business developments

b.      Qualification;

                                      i.      Proven experience in PR management, Strong relationship with the media, Solid experience with Social Media, Event Planning and Management and ability to work under pressure.

4.      Research and Development - PX-004

Location: Lagos and Abuja

a.       Responsibilities:

                                      i.      New product research and development  

                                    ii.      Preparation of Competitor analysis report

                                  iii.      Development of innovations in products and services

                                  iv.      Preparation of Monthly Macroeconomic report and analysis of sectoral government policies

b.      Qualification;

                                      i.      University Degree in either of Social Sciences, Strong analytical skills with proficiency in computer and Microsoft packages and at least 2 years’ experience in a related role

5.      Human Resources Manager- PX -005

Location: Abuja

a.       Responsibilities:

                                      i.      Recruitment, Trainings and Staff development.

                                    ii.      Ensure employees satisfaction and productivity

                                  iii.      Referencing, dispute management and disciplinary functions

                                  iv.      Induction, orientation and on boarding of employees

b.      Qualification

                                      i.      University Degree in any discipline and a minimum of 5 years’ experience in Human Resources Management.

6.      Quality Control Supervisor- PX- 006

Location: Lagos

a.       Responsibilities;

                                      i.      Develops and initiates standards and methods for inspection, testing, and evaluation.

                                    ii.      Establishes program to evaluate precision and accuracy of production equipment and testing, measurement, and analytical equipment and facilities.

                                  iii.      Develops and implements methods and procedures for disposition of discrepant material.

                                  iv.      Maintain Material Review Area to ensure that all products are distributed in a timely manner.

                                    v.      Enforce quality control standards across all departments within the organization.

                                  vi.      Develop processes and procedures for obtaining Standards i.e 1SO 9001

b.      Qualification;

                                      i.      University Degree or HND  in Laboratory and food Technology, Must have competencies in Decision Making, Technical capacity, ethical conduct, problem solving and communication

7.      Marketing Manager – PX- 007

Location: Lagos

a.       Responsibilities

                                      i.      Develop and create new markets

                                    ii.      Sign new customers (Distributors and Retailers)

                                  iii.      Develop and execute marketing strategies for FMCG

                                  iv.      Lead and manage people

                                    v.      Achieve financial targets

b.      Qualification;

                                      i.      University Degree or HND in any discipline plus minimum of 5 years of experience in Sales and Marketing
