Terror: Boko Haram Kills 9 In Borno SAN FRANCISCO, September 27, (THEWILL) – The Borno Police Command on Sunday confirmed the killing of nine persons after a suspected Boko Haram insurgents’ attack in Mailari village in Konduga Local Government Area (LGA) of Borno. “Today Sept. 27, 2015, suspected Boko Haram terrorists attacked Mailari village in Konduga LGA. Nine persons were reported killed while 10 were injured. The injured victims are now being treated at the University of Maiduguri Teaching Hospital,” Mr. Aderemi Opadoku, the Borno Commissioner of Police said during a briefing in Maiduguri. “Security has already been beefed up to forestall a recurrence while investigation is in progress,” he added. Over ten thousand persons have been killed by the Boko Haram in northern Nigeria since the insurgency started in 2010.
